I baked my first cake in a very long while.
It's not as sweet and moist as it normally is. But I only scraped the bottom of the pan. We'll see when I dig in tomorrow.
Keep in mind I baked this solely because I couldn't be arsed to get out to Shopper's to buy some chocolate and really craved something chocolate today.
