Jeannette just sent me these pictures:
Yeeeeeaap! I haven't seen the mandarin square she's devised yet; she'll do the embroidery for that next week. She's charging me $127 which I'm sure does not yet include shipping, and apologized for the damage, lol. Not bad for stuff that she's doing a ton of research for.
I've bought these beads: 13mm prayer beads for the main necklace, 8mm agate beads for the jinian strands, 22mm silver plated acrylic beads for the fotou. I'll be using a sprocket, part of a set I bought last year from Michaels, for the fotouta, and I've got another large pendant, also from Michaels, for the beiyun. Now it's just to figure out how to string them together but there's a store in Dundas where I can get that, because buying it online had exorbitant shipping costs.
