The room change was really awesome! I also made a note about the hot water in the post-con survey. (Is the ice water thing a USian thing?? Because I always have to ask for water with no ice here and I remember deepad being really excited to finally get water with no ice in a restaurant in NY. And I like cold water, but just not with all the ice.)
