(no subject)

What I have accomplished this week:
- Making a theatre program
- Making tickets
- Buying ticket card stock
- Getting Alli to print them off using the Library resources. SMU has a huge budget for "stationery".
- Made reservation lists.
- Touched base with backstage crew.

What I have yet to do:
- Tomorrow at 9am we pick Shawn and Marek up, get to Glenn's, get that damn bathtub, and go get the props from Dalhousie.
- Check with Document Source how long they take to print.
- Write a damn proposal for the stupid-ass Seminar paper.
- Revise my short stories.
- Write half a ton of overdue poetry.

Some exciting news? In a month or so, there'll be a dinner where SMU alumni have invited CEOs from big corporations to sit down with students and discuss leadership skills and management. It's two students to SIX CEOs at a table! It's so important, students have to go for a prepatory course to learn etiquette. I need to submit a cover letter and a resume in order to get in. Normally, it's advertised to Commerce students, but this year they gave it a go to Arts students.

My cover letter is just about done and I'm sending it tomorrow. I'm so terrifically excited about it, and I want to go so bad. Wish me luck.

This Saturday, Angi and I are going to buy me some pet rats. Why? Because I have two cages which are empty. That, and she could use a wise investment in feeding her snake for the long-term. Pictures of her adorable snake to come!
