Via Cara of the Curvature, here is the story of a counsellor accused of sexually assaulting a 16-yr-old girl. No, thats not the worst bit, the worst bit is that he was counselling her on sexual abstinence.
From the newspiece:
In an interview with police detectives, Hoheb allegedly said he had been counseling teenage girls, including the victim, on how to say "no" to sexual advances from adults.
"I wanted the girls to understand that no matter who it may be; the pastor, another adviser or myself, they should not be afraid to use the word no," police said Hoheb told them.
Hoheb also allegedly told police the girl had expressed interest in him, but he was determined to "nip it in the bud." Although Hoheb initially denied having sexual contact with the girl, police said he later admitted having sexual relations with her in his car.

THOUGHT EXPERIMENT TIME!
You are a pro-abstinence counsellor. You want your charges, who are all of non-consenting ages, to be able to say "no" in whatever sexual situations they face (whatever that means). You honestly want them to say "no" because you think sex should only be for the sacred bounds of marriage and luuurrrve, and being sexually pure (whatever that means) is necessary for self-respect.
If one of said charges expresses sexual interest in you, presumably you will practise what you preach and say "no". AMIRITE?
Now, however! You have, instead, chosen to put them into a situation where they will have to say "no". And despite their saying "no", you have chosen to assault them anyway.
Which kind of fucking defeats the purpose of telling them to say "no" in the first fucking place, right???
Those sexual purity bullshit truly hits the fan on a pretty freaking regular basis, I say!
