Things

I have a TV! Watched The Last Unicorn with two friends tonight with the TV. There were some issues with the DVD cords which were fixed with painter's tape, and I'll neaten it up tomorrow with duct tape.

I'm also throwing out (well, not THROWING OUT) like, 75% of all my blouses, my beautiful work blouses, sigh. They're too small around the chest and I don't foresee losing weight anytime soon, so it's off to Dress for Success with them. Sigh. (They seriously are very gorgeous blouses. I'm kinda pissed.) Right at a time when I'd need them too, for job interviews and such. I'm not averse to shopping for new clothes, but seriously. That's a lotta money over the years!

My kitchen door still sticks =/ I tried sanding it down earlier today, but that's not working. I'll give my landlady a call tomorrow, because my screen door is supposed to get fixed too. I don't have any WD-40, so I've stuck a plastic bag there to see if it helps. Plastic bags are slippery, no?

My sewing machine works! I have hemmed a pair of jeans with it! Yay me! It is now the time for skirts. Also, my piano could use a nice cover.

My abstract due tomorrow is still not done! Blergh. Wake up early tomorrow to do it then.
