There's too many folks out there who aren't going to see something like this as a problem until they get the idea that there's economic costs to it.
Of course, the ones who need that argument to realize there's an issue are probably just going to fire the victims for performance problems in the first place anyway.
At least it's better than Russia's take on sexual harassment these days. Sigh.
