And I should also mention, Lisa Bolekaja and I were talking after Latino SF day about how similar POC concerns seem to be across the board, and it would be so very worthwhile to have a POC-centric SF con sometime. Jax suggested small local events culminating in a larger con. If we're creative, we might be able to figure out how to have a con with limited resources and a huge digital component.
