Yes! I know! It's been a long time! Grad school ate my life! -_- I can't guarantee that this is going to be the mainstay it should be for the next few weeks, because term papers are coming up. I have a fourth draft of my MRP proposal due tomorrow. I was told my supervisor is rigorous, but now I really know what rigorous is.
OK, link time.
Here's a time-sensitive one: The Con or Bust! auction ends today, and it drastically short of its fundraising goals, and needed monies to fulfill requests from fans of colour to go to WisCon this year, among other conventions. You can donate directly or you can bid on stuff that has few bids or you can browse the whole site to see if anything catches your fancy. Please signal boost!
So, er, I guess I should post links from weeks ago that I meant to post up but didn't...

A news item from 2003: Chinese workers in Israel sign no-sex contract
A blog I've not read before! Queer Black Feminist on white women who need to take the mic from the start.
On Rejection and Power
Cathay Pacific UK discriminated against a Muslim man applying for a job. He sent in the same resume under a white name and got an interview. Boo, Cathay Pacific.

Remember Bradley Manning? His torture continues. Tell me again why Assange was so important?
China and Africa: an article on China's investment in Libya and how China has been responding to what's been happening in Libya.
