I finally figured out the bust area of the dress and that's all sewn in. Still have to figure out what's holding it at the back - making another piece for that purpose. I might try to do a clasp at the side for ease. or let the elastic do all the work. Still haven't decided how I'll sew on the second layer though - haven't touched that stuff yet. But the under-bust sash is done, and I just need to embroider it with some sort of patterns.

My marshmallow cake turned out kind of... not fluffy. I chalk it up to my not having the strength in my arm to whip cream up properly. But it's still pretty darn good cheesecake, if I do say so myself.

Also submitted a resume to the People Bank. Hopefully I'll find something for September and be able to go home for the rest of August. If not. I dunno. I've got to get home sometime before the end of the year and I'd rather get it done sooner than later.
