I'm more of a practical clothing sort of gal, but I can get behind a male and female character in armour. Even if she's wearing significantly less armour in order to boast her shapely abs and ass.

I'm more of a lipstick and makeup type of gal, but I can get behind wearing a helmet that hides any distinguishing facial features, just like my male counterpart.

I'm a pacifist, but I can totally get behind big guns, and big swords, and using both of them to fight through swathes of monsters.

I love romance, but I can totally get behind the concept of a male and female fighter team that - gasp - don't have a single romantic moment together.

I prefer running away, but I can totally get behind a female character that, when she sees her comrade about to shoot, runs towards the enemy, sword drawn, to help deliver more damage.

I grew up on classical music and 50's and 60's music, but I do love me some harsh metal music.

I totally can.

Why can't more music videos that want to have both violence and sexy female characters be more like this?

I think that the less armour *also* allows her to be more flexible and do all the flips and spins and stuff that she does. Her male, super armoured counterpart can barely twist his torso or move faster than a walk it seems.

Running toward the enemy? She seems to have led the entire mission. The guy never went first.

Freaking cool video. Is this the official MV for the Rammstein song? Wicked!

I appreciate that the girl is wearing a helmet. It pisses me off like nothing else when all the male characters have helmets, but the females have helmets off so they can show off their OMG!pretty-long-hair and make-up. Yeah. Way to invite a bullet to turn your head into pudding, ladies.

It seems to me that if the situation calls for full body armor, it's a good time to put vanity aside. In movies like Batman & Robin (the motorcycle race with Batgirl) or in any movie where the woman quickly "loses" her helmet, it's almost like a reassurance to the audience, "Just checking in. Yes, she IS hot under that armor, so don't worry--she's worth banging." I'm like, "Rrrgh! Isn't her combat prowess enough? Is anyone worried whether the male in armor is a pretty boy or a big chunk of fug under the helmet?"

Yeah, it really goes to show just how shallow filmmakers are when it comes to women =/ Their looks are more important than actual, realistic safety.

*Dons sexist male costume*

No hot lesbian Russian pop duo Tatu pictures? I'm disappointed.

*Removes sexist male costume*

There is nothing sexier than a hot woman in full motorcycle race leathers. Anywhere.

That's okay. They aren't really lesbians anyway. :D

Some guys are disappointed about that. Others are turned on.
