Moar Modeling

jhameiaGot a new set of pics from Nick and Chad! Funnily came in my email as I was in my boss' office (he also does photography and in fact, you can find me on his port) telling him, "haven't gotten many yet!"
Here's another from Andrew Crawford. I'm digging this. It's my new headshot on MM and my boss agrees that it really encapsulates me. I would rather have more natural makeup in a headshot, but this is really awesome:
Here's a coloured version of yesterday's black and white with Nick. An associate of mine at the Steampunk Ning refers to this as the "Tarzan and Jane" pic:
I love Nick, he's so game for plenty:
I feel bad about that though. I really did surprise him with the ball-gag and that was poor form of me. I know it was all in fun, but still, as someone who's inclined towards BDSM myself, I should have remembered that very important thing called C-O-N-S-E-N-T which I forgot to ask before springing the thing on him. I'll apologize to him the next time I see him, to make sure it's properly done.
Here's a moodier one of me and Chad. I like the placement of my hand in there. It's not the same romantic stuff as the one on the swing, since we both look terrifically, terrifically emo:
And to finish, here's a killer shot. Chad took this, I'm sure. I remember being rather bored and said out loud, "I wonder what's at the bottom of the garden?" And Chad was like, "I'm going to follow you" and we moseyed down to this dark little corner. It was cramped and difficult to get focus in there, so Andrew Crawford and Andrew Dacey came down to help out with a reflector. The light at the left and the shadow to the right? There was just that wee sprig of sunshine to get that. Had to point it out to Andrew twice before he got to the right position (I may just be a model but I also know how light bounces!). Chad framed it really well! I'm perfectly centered in it, and the light and shadow sets off the mood perfectly. Also note how the white of my eyes really provides a contrast in my face:
If nothing more interesting happens tomorrow, I'll post pics I like a little less with some commentary on why I don't like it as much, and open the floor for critiques.
