jhameia: ME! (Default)
[personal profile] jhameia
Hey folks! This is going to be the last Sunday Linkfest in a while - my schedule for the next month, let me show you it before we dig into links, because I like to overshare like that:
- Today: Get my stuff out into friend's places (thank you [profile] auroranine & [personal profile] trouble!!!) leaving my apartment an empty place except for a bed, modem, and luggage.
- Monday and Tuesday: Clean the place up.
- Wednesday: Return my keys to the landlord, the modem to Aliant. I hie off to [profile] castusalbuscor's place for the night.
- Thursday: I fly to Newark! To meet [personal profile] dmp and Lucretia! And then to meet other fen! And it will be awesome! And Lucretia and [personal profile] dmp and I drive down to Piscataway, and yay!
- Friday: STEAMPUNK WORLD'S FAIR BEGINS!
- Saturday: [personal profile] dmp and I host Social Issues in Steampunk roundtable.
- Sunday: We then present Steam Around the World. I think we're staying somewhere else that night.
- Monday: Lucretia wakes up really early to get me to the train station where I spent the next day chugging across the states to Chicago. From there, I catch a train out to Milwaukee, and bus down to Stevens Point.
- And I hang out there for the next several days, and I think on the 25th, my hostess drives me to Portage, where I will meet Kerry from Steam Century, who will get me into Madison for WISCON! (Well, we're not entirely sure yet, but I think that's how it'll go.)
- Unfortunately I won't be around very long for the last day, as my flight back into Halifax leaves on the afternoon of Sunday 31st.
- My dad and I go up to Cape Breton on June 2 and 3, and we're in Halifax for June 4 and 5, and June 6 we get a U-Haul, and it's off onto the Ontarian trail. ... Which I have yet to book hotel rooms for.

Sunday linkspamming will resume once I'm safely ensconced in Malaysia.

OK, that's enough talking about me, here are links:
