Today I finished reading the Fanon chapter I'm presenting on, but failed to start reading Bhabha.

I also went to the Tuskegee Airmen Celebration at UCR... got lost looking for the fucking science library, but it was a great event. And learned about the following things:

The Della H. Raney Nursing Scholarship Award
The Tuskegee Airmen Scholarship Foundation
Delaware State U's Aviation program. DSU used to be a "State College for Colored Students" in the 30s, and they had an aviation program then which basically became the source of the Tuskegee talent. They're actively recruiting black youth right now, since Af-Am pilots are only 2% of the whole airline industry, and they want to close that gap.
The National Black Nurses Association (which works in conjunction with the TASF on the Nursing Scholarship)
